Jeffrey L. Burke
Jeffrey L. Burke serves as Executive VP, Managed Services and IT of PAETEC Communications since March 2003. Mr. Burke most recently served as president of CXO Partners, an independent consulting firm focused on assisting emerging technology companies in achieving their business objectives.

He was previously the CEO and co-founder of NetSetGo, Inc., a regional Internet professional services firm with offices in eight states across the eastern United States. Mr. Burke also served in executive roles at Xerox and Digital Equipment Corporation where he successfully developed new technology-based service businesses.

Mr. Burke is a board member for PAETEC Communications and the Rochester & Syracuse Epilepsy Foundation. He is also on the advisory board of Relevant Technologies, Emenete Business Services, Document Dynamics, 2Logical and Genesee Valley Trust. Mr. Burke holds a B.A. degree in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Ralph Echemendia
Ralph Echemendia has been involved in the research and development of internationally recognized courseware and certifications as well as key security technologies currently powering some of the most powerful e-commerce websites. He is a sought out expert in digital entertainment leaks and information security forensics. Mr. Echemendia works with various training and publishing companies and has served as a freelance technical editor for Pearson Education, EC Council, Jones & Bartlett and Cisco Press.

Previously Mr. Echemendia served as information security executive for Terremark Worldwide (acquired in 2011 by Verizon Communications). For over 20 years, he has written and delivered training on hacking and other information security topics to the US Marines Corps, NASA, Army, Navy, SPAWAR, Bristol Meyer Squibb, Google, Oracle, AMEX, Boeing, Intel, Microsoft, Symantec and IBM. Additionally, he has conducted secure infrastructure deployments, security audits, and penetration tests for a variety of organizations including hospitals, financial institutions, and the United Nations. Recently Mr. Echemendia worked with award-winning director Oliver Stone as technical security consultant for the Universal Pictures release Savages. As part of an investigative team, he was directly responsible for findings in Summit Entertainment’s Twilight: Breaking Dawn digital investigation. Mr. Echemendia has been a speaker/panelist and presented Hacking Hollywood for CAA, SXSW, DEW Expo, Content Protection and Piracy Summit. Recently he has joined forces with some Hollywood’s most influential names to address operational security, intellectual property and privacy issues in the digital entertainment industry. Mr. Echemendia has been featured on KTLA, CNN, Fox News, Animal Planet, USA Today, Forbes magazine and various other media outlets.

Stu Haber
Stu Haber is Chief Executive Officer of Infoscitex Corporation and spends his time leading and managing the business, while also consulting to customers. Prior to co-founding Infoscitex in November 2000, Mr. Haber was President & Chief Executive Officer of Schafer Corporation, an $80M systems engineering company. During his tenure as CEO of Schafer, sales increased by 63%, net income increased by 150%, and stock value increased by 749%. From 1981 to 1997, Mr. Haber was Schafer's Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Schafer, Mr. Haber was employed by Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Haber holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley College and a MBA from The College of William & Mary.

Jim Meyer
Jim M. Meyer serves as the Managing Director and founder of Coordinated Response, an incident response planning and consulting firm. He is also an active member of the Howard County Tech Council, Howard County, Maryland.

Mr. Meyer started his career with Computer Sciences Corporation including 6 years on the management team. He proceeded to serve on the executive team for four small businesses. As the Chief Operating Officer for Information Analysis, a systems integrator, he helped double, and redouble the size of the company. As the Vice President of Document Management with Interleaf, a software product company, he supported a successful turn around that included bringing services and new products to existing customers. As the Vice President of Marketing for Saros, a document management product company, he supported a successful acquisition by FileNet (now part of IBM). As the Vice President of Product Marketing for Integic, a services firm with software product, Mr. Meyer supported successful growth and ultimately a successful acquisition by Northrop Grumman. Mr. Meyer served on Northrop Grumman’s management team until leaving to found Coordinated Response. Mr. Meyer’s experience with Cybersecurity started with his work at Northrop Grumman.

Mr. Meyer holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Tufts University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Professional Studies: Cybersecurity at University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Stephen Northcutt
Stephen Northcutt is the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Training and Certification of the SANS Institute, a leading information security research and training center. Mr. Northcutt is the author of several books including Incident Handling Step-by-Step, Intrusion Detection: Shadow Style, and Network Intrusion Detection An Analyst's Handbook and is a contributing editor for Securing NT Step-by-Step published by the SANS Institute. He was the original author of the Shadow intrusion detection system and leader of the Department of Defense's Shadow Intrusion Detection Team before accepting the position of Chief for Information Warfare at the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization.

He currently serves as the lead incident handler for the Global Incident Analysis Center and Director of Training and Certification for the SANS Institute. Mr. Northcutt is a world renown information security expert and educator.

Robert C. Taylor Jr.
Robert Taylor is CEO of WestStarTV, the leading cable TV company in the Cayman Islands. He brings more than 30 years experience in the domestic and international telecommunications industry as well as expertise in network operations, corporate development, operations support systems, sales management and capital markets.

Previously Robert founded and led TeleGuam Holdings through the acquisition and privatization of Guam Telephone Authority. He also was the vice president of global services for MFS Communications, now part of WorldCom. Prior to that, he co-founded and led Focal, a telecommunications provider in Chicago, for six years.

Robert has served as chairman of the Association for Local Telecommunications Services and as a member of the board of the Information Technology Association of America. Additionally, Robert was appointed to the Network Reliability and Interoperability Council by the chairman of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. He has also testified in front of the U.S. Congress as an expert on competitive telecommunications.

Robert holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in mechanical engineering.

Tay Yoshitani
Tay Yoshitani is CEO of the Port of Seattle. As CEO, he carries out policies set by the Port Commission and leads Seattle’s Seaport, one of the largest container ports in North America, and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which welcomes more than 29 million passengers a year.

Prior to joining the Port of Seattle, Yoshitani served as Senior Advisor to the National Association of Waterfront Employers (2004 to 2007), providing industry expertise on port security and environmental issues.

Previously Mr. Yoshitani served as Executive Director of the Port of Oakland (2001 to 2004), where he led a significant expansion program to substantially increase the size of both the seaport and airport. He served as Oakland’s Deputy Executive Director from 1998 to 2001.

Prior to the Port of Oakland, Mr. Yoshitani served as Executive Director for the Port of Baltimore. His accomplishments there included turning around the floundering Port. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Yoshitani served as Deputy Executive Director of the Port of Los Angeles where he oversaw the creation of the West Coast’s largest dry bulk export terminal. From 1987to 1989, Mr. Yoshitani was President of Grand American, Inc.

Mr. Yoshitani is the fourth son of American-born parents, came to the U.S. as a 7-year-old aboard a ship that sailed from Yokohama and docked in Seattle in 1954. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and earned his MBA at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He serves on the National Urban Fellows, Inc. Board of Directors.
